PolishAndWax.com is a family-owned business. We do our best to bring you the finest car-care products at the best prices, without bombarding you with too many choices. We only sell items that we have personally tested and find to be of good quality and value. If we don't like it, we don't sell it.

Payment, Privacy & Security

Your contact information is used to communicate with you about your order and shipment. Your address and phone number are also entered into the shipment details with either UPS or USPS to help deliver your package. We will not sell your contact information or give it to anyone else unless required by law.

We will not bombard your inbox with solicitations. We're confident that when you run out of product, our exceptional product quality and customer service will make you want to buy from us again. However, if we have a clearance sale or introduce a new product, we may let you know via email (this happens once or twice per year).

We take security very seriously. That is why your credit card number is not retained by PolishAndWax.com and why we don't allow you to store your credit card number in your account profile.

You can shop at PolishAndWax.com online with confidence. We employ:

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also offer PayPal as on optional checkout method. Please note that if you pay using an eCheck with PayPal, your order will not ship until your eCheck clears (this usually takes four business days).

Shipping and Returns

We ship UPS and USPS. UPS can only ship to valid street addresses. Customers with APO / FPO /PO boxes must use USPS.

For UPS, please use 92691 and check the 'Shipped from this ZIP code' on this page to see how long your order will take to get to you. For USPS, we ship Priority Mail and shipments take about 1-3 business days (USPS reports 2 days on average).

Purchases made before 5 PM Eastern / 2 PM Pacific ship the same business day! Please check the UPS Holiday List and the USPS Holiday list if you are purchasing on or near a holiday.

We charge for shipping based on your order's weight. Pads and microfibers are light and shipping will be inexpensive. Polish and wax are heavy...about 8-10 pounds per gallon and shipping these items will cost more. Our cart calculates shipping based on our negotiated rates with UPS and a discounted rate with USPS. We do not mark up shipping. Free shipping is available on certain items and will be indicated on the product page if it is available.

At this time, we are not shipping internationally.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is always included on domestic orders and we pay for it, regardless of order value.

Money-back Guarantee

All products (except buffers, discontinued/clearance items and 55-gallon drums of product) delivered to US addresses have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion of your product (if returning a kit, all components must be returned) within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping charges both directions. RMA and reason for dissatisfaction required.

There are no 'restocking fees' or any other charges related to the return of your product; only the cost of originally shipping it to you will be deducted from your total. You will also be refunded the original sales tax amount (California customers only).
